Free demo
Every skills program begins with a free demo session. No payment is required to attend.
Cooling-off period
A full refund of EdVixo program fees is available if a written request is made within 7 days of enrolment and no more than two paid sessions have been attended.
After the cooling-off period
Refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions, less any registration or material charges already incurred.
Degree program fees
University tuition and registration fees are governed by the refund rules of the awarding university and its regulator, and are refundable only to the extent that university permits. EdVixo’s own admission-support fee is refundable in full until the application is submitted to the university, and is non-refundable thereafter.
Events & competitions
Registration fees for events, olympiads and competitions are non-refundable once the entry has been submitted to the organising body.
How to request
Write to info@edvixo.co.in with your name, program and reason. Approved refunds are processed within 10–14 working days to the original payment method.
