Information we collect
We collect the details you share with us — name, phone number, email address, school or college, grade and, for degree admissions, academic documents — when you book a demo, enquire about admissions, register for an event or contact us. The EdVixo app additionally records attendance, assessment scores and progress data.
How we use it
Your information is used to schedule sessions, deliver programs, process university admissions on your instruction, send updates about EdVixo courses and events, and respond to enquiries. We never sell personal data.
Children’s data
Programs for learners under 18 are enrolled by a parent or guardian. Student progress data is shared only with the parent, guardian and, in school programs, the partner school.
Degree admissions
Where you ask us to apply to a university on your behalf, the documents and details required by that university are shared with it for the sole purpose of processing your admission.
Data security
Data is stored on secured servers with restricted access, limited to EdVixo staff who need it to deliver a service.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to info@edvixo.co.in.
